How many is too many? When it comes to the ubiquitous Huey, several thousand would have been put on the domestic market place after Vietnam if not for the storage facility at Davis-Monthan. Without storage, and slow sales to Government agencies, the US helicopter business would have been wiped out.

Now sitting in the shadow of the great B-52s, rows of Hueys sit silently waiting new owners.
